Maintenance work


We inform you of the following maintenance work in our Hotel:

Exterior facades will be cleaned from November 15 to 29, 2021 inclusive, excluding weekends. Our cleaning teams will do their utmost to limit the inconvenience caused by the spray on the windows and balconies.

The Café Bellagio restaurant as well as the Sinatra’s Bar will be closed for renovations and maintenance from the 24th of January until the 11th of March 2022 included. From January 24th to February 25th 2022 included, we will propose a cold menu for lunch and dinner at the Sunset Bar on the 3rd floor of the Hotel. From the 26th of February 2022, the Bar menu and the suggestions of the week will be available again. Do not hesitate to contact us ( or +41 21 962 50 61) if you wish to book a table. Also, during this period, the American breakfast buffet will be served in the Renaissance Salons.

Current situation related to Covid-19


For your protection and wellbeing

The health of our guests and employees is the number one priority for us, which is why, in line with our protection concept, we have implemented relevant measures in accordance with the specifications issued by the Federal Office of Public Health and with the support of HotellerieSuisse. As the health situation and the rules are changing regularly, our protective measures also have to be constantly reassessed. We therefore also ask you to refer to the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health. Arrival in Switzerland

For any arrival in Switzerland from a foreign country, you must inform the authorities. The Travelcheck lets you know whether you are entitled to enter Switzerland, and if so under what conditions.


  • Wearing a mask is compulsory in all public areas of the Hotel.
  • From September 13, 2021 and until further notice from the authorities, the Covid Certificate / Health Pass in addition to an identity document is mandatory to access restaurants (including breakfast), bars and wellness areas. Exception for the terraces, subject to availability & weather.
  • For the safety of all, valet parking service is temporarily no longer available.

Restauration & Services

  • Breakfasts are served in the Café Bellagio from 7 am until 10 am. Crowds are at their highest between 9 am and 10 am so a wait will certainly be expected. Please disinfect your hands before accessing the various buffets.
  • If our restaurant is busy, consider using our Room Service. Download the menu.
  • Thank you for washing your hands thoroughly before taking items from your minibar.
  • Download our Menus of Café Bellagio, Sinatra’s Bar & Sunset Bar. If you want, you can directly reserve your table online.

Spa & well-being

  • Due to the current health situation and the entry into force of the Covid Certificate/Health Pass, we are forced to adapt our schedules in order to carry out rigorous checks. New opening hours: 10 am – 7 pm.
  • To avoid overloading the changing rooms, we recommend you to go in your bathrobe and slippers.

Cleaning & Disinfection

We are constantly adapting the protective measures to the changing requirements and recommendations of the Swiss Confederation.
We thoroughly clean and disinfectf requently public places as well as used surfaces, objects and materials in even more regular cycles than before. In addition, all our cleaning products have a certified effectiveness against COVID-19.
Moreover, as much as possible according to our availabilities, please note that our rooms will stay inoccupied for at least 24h and also a high temperature is used to clean the dishes and the linens.
Our employees have all been trained to respect the new sanitary restrictions as for example social distancing of 1.5 meters and a regular disinfection of the hands. We also provided them with all the necessary equipment so that they can maintain impeccable hygiene (masks, gloves and a refillable bottle of hydro-alcoholic solution). They wear protective masks and gloves for certain specific tasks and we have installed plexiglass walls for them at the restaurant reception and reception.
