We would like to inform you that an Internet outage is scheduled for Monday, May 26th, between 1 pm and 3 pm. This interruption will affect both the Royal Plaza Montreux and the Villa Toscane. Unfortunately, there will be no Wi-Fi connection during this time, credit card payments will not be possible, and the parking payment terminal will not be operational.

Please be aware that the Montreux Jazz Festival will take place from July 4 to 19, 2025. A vibrant atmosphere is guaranteed – along with an increased level of noise in & around the hotel.
Please note that on Monday 3 November 2025, from 11pm & for a maximum of 2 hours, a power cut is planned in the hotel in order to restart our power station.
We would also like to inform you that the 2m2c Montreux Music & Convention Centre, located near the Royal Plaza Montreux, is under reconstruction (scheduled until summer 2026). Please note that some phases of the work may cause noise disturbance, but only during the day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the Vernex Park (located between the 2m2c and the hotel) is currently occupied for this renovation work, which may alter the usual visual aspect of the park, particularly for the rooms situated on the east side of the building (Park & Lake Side).
However, we would like to inform you that from July 2025, noise disturbances should be significantly reduced, and the park will gradually return to its original state.
