The health of our guests and employees is the number one priority for us, which is why, in line with our protection concept, we have implemented relevant measures in accordance with the specifications issued by the Federal Office of Public Health and with the support of HotellerieSuisse.
Cleaning & Disinfection
We are constantly adapting the protective measures to the changing requirements and recommendations of the Swiss Confederation.
We thoroughly clean and disinfectf requently public places as well as used surfaces, objects and materials in even more regular cycles than before. In addition, all our cleaning products have a certified effectiveness against COVID-19.
Moreover, as much as possible according to our availabilities, please note that our rooms will stay inoccupied for at least 24h and also a high temperature is used to clean the dishes and the linens.
All self-service items that cannot be disinfected have been removed to avoid contamination (flyers, newspapers, magazines, menus, …).
Our employees have all been trained to respect the new sanitary restrictions as for example social distancing of 2 meters and a regular disinfection of the hands. We also provided them with all the necessary equipment so that they can maintain impeccable hygiene (masks, gloves and a refillable bottle of hydro-alcoholic solution). They wear protective masks and gloves for certain specific tasks and we have installed plexiglass walls for them at the restaurant reception and reception.
We kindly ask that you refrain from staying with us if you have experienced symptoms of illness in the last 15 days that are indicative of a respiratory disease. Please notify us, thanks to the health questionnaire received upon check-in, if such symptoms of illness develop during or after your stay.
The safety requirements may result in restrictions or cancellations of some of our services.
The Library, the Sunset Bar and the Cigar Lounge will remain closed, all the other point of sales are opened and are ready to welcome you !
Luggage and valet parking services are temporarily no longer available.
In some spaces, the maximum number of authorized people is limited (lifts, steam bath, hammam, jacuzzi, fitness, swimming pool & solarium).
In order to avoid overloading the changing rooms in the wellness areas, we recommend that you go directly already in your bathrobe and slippers.
Room cleaning service is only available upon request according to your needs. Please confirm with us your preference upon arrival, otherwise, the service won’t be done.
Restauration & Services
Breakfasts are served on the plate in the Restaurant Café Bellagio or in the room for an additional CHF 10.
The mini-bars are no longer in operation but the Room Service is available 24 hours a day. Please dial N°5060.

Meetings & Events
The social distance of 2 meters between participants is also respected in our conference rooms. Personal service will be provided for delegates to enjoy their coffee break (no self-service buffet).
